Dr Maria Luisa Stasi is a competition lawyer (qualified in Italy) and scholar with considerable experience in designing and developing complex research, policy and advocacy projects in the field of digital markets regulation. She also focuses on the relation – as well as the abuse – of technology and market power.
Dr Stasi is currently the Head of Law and Policy for digital markets at ARTICLE 19, a British international human rights organisation that promotes freedom of expression and freedom of information worldwide.
She has brought this claim in the public interest, and in the firm belief that, in the absence of a collective action, those whom she seeks to represent will not be able to recover the losses they have suffered as a result of Microsoft’s unlawful and anticompetitive conduct.
